The many faces of Mérida and Campeche
This collection is inspired by my many visits to Campeche and Mérida in the Southeast of México. Walking past by them I pay special attention to their signals: is there music pouring out? can I guess what’s for lunch? Can I imagine the stories they hold?

Dibujos desde el encierro
During the COVID-19 lockdown some people turned to sourdough. Others turned apartments into greenhouses. I did what I’ve always done when the world gets weird: I drew. For over a hundred consecutive days.
Dibujos desde el Encierro is a series made between March 2020 and January 2021, from Madrid and Bad Vilbel, Germany. Some came from Studio Ghibli’s universe, others from my own universe. All intended to make sense of a suspended world.
A selection was shown at Taybo Coffee, Málaga, December 2025 – January 2026.
